Paper Take Weekly Challenge

This weeks challenge is "Be there or Be Square "
so please use squares on your cards , Square cards, square patterns or squares on your layout! This weeks challenge is sponsored by Katty at Skattykats and there are some yummy Prima playmates up for grabs! (Thanks Katty!).
We'd also like to welcome Claudia, as our Guest Designer. She makes some stunning cards and will now be joining us for regular tutorials!.
here are the 2 cards that i have made the first card i used my fabulous Wendy Rhodes stamps again lolxxxhttp://www.wild-rhodes.co.uk/
and for added texture i used a embossing folder on the squares ,the second card i used my gorgeous sugar nelli stamps xxxx

Thanks so much for the idea of embossing the squares. I'm a novice card maker & bought a Fiskars texture thingummy recently. It hadn't occurred to me to use it for layers & matts only for whole base cards. I feel silly now, but will definitely try this technique. Thanks so much for sharing.

Good heavens, I just got my glasses changed and I can't tell the difference between a butterfly and a dragonfly. There is no help for me, I'm afraid.
