This weeks challeng over at high hopes is SPARKLEMANIA!!! Make those designs sparkle like the stars!!! You can use glitter, Stickles, sparkly gel pens, rhinestones....if it sparkles, it's perfect for your High Hopes card!!! ,so on my card i used gel glitter pens but i dont think the camera has picked this up to well as it is so dark and raining here ,do hope every one else is ok
